Nurse Seekers are proud to be working in partnership with a leading provider of care and support across Buckinghamshire. My client operates a small Residential Home in the quiet town of Chesham in the beautiful surroundings of the Chiltern Hills. They cater for clients who are suffering from learning disabilities and autism on a day to day basis within a homely setting. They are now looking to add to their team with an experienced Support Worker who can continue the care provided. The ideal Support Worker for the role will be friendly, hardworking, caring and reliable. You will have a commitment to empowering people whilst showing self-direction and the ability to take responsibility. You should be flexible in your hours of work with the ability to work evenings and weekends as a when required. In return for your hard work as a Support Worker my client offers a fantastic rate of pay, great pension scheme, competitive holiday as well as a lovely environment to work in. Although experience is desired my client also offers full and extensive training for the successful candidate along with great career prospects within the company.
