As a RGN registered nurse at the home you will be joining a team that aim on building dear relationships with residents, their families and friends to ensure the best outcome possible. You will be working closely with an incredibly experienced manager who really cares about their team and staff progression. With this you will be expected to work assertively and securely, making sure your time management equally high priority. For this role you must be registered with the NMC and be able to work in the UK and as part of a multidisciplinary team. With this you must also have great communication and organisational skills and also clinical skills. You must also have a caring and passionate attitude and be able to maintain a safe and suitable environment for the residents and staff around you.
