Nurse Seekers have the privilege of working for a fantastic provider of person-centred nursing and care in Frittenden, Kent. Their home is rated ‘Good’ across the board with the CQC. The role is for a Qualified Nurse to work at their medium-sized home, providing Nursing care and supporting the home and care managers in providing leadership and direction to the care team. The aspects of your role will include but not be limited to: • Administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company’s and NMC guidelines. • To provide a high standard of nursing care that meets the needs of residents based on an assessment of their care needs in consultation with residents, their families and the multi-disciplinary teams involved with the home. • To ensure effective lines of communication with all external medical professional’s i.e GPs, physiotherapists, dietician’s with regard to the continuing care of the residents ensuring that any relevant observations and changes in the condition of residents are bought to their attention. You will be RN qualified with strong experience, an effective communicator and work well within a team, but also able to take charge when needed.
