Nurse Seekers are excited to once again be recruiting on behalf of a state of the art private nursing care provider located in Northampton who are looking for an experienced activities coordinator. Our client provides a professional and personalised approach, which aims to give the dedicated and intensive care required, whilst at the same time promoting their physical well being and happiness. They are now looking to expand their dedicated team with an enthusiastic, experienced and caring Activities Coordinator. Our client covers a range of areas within Mental Health and General Nursing, ranging from brain injury, chronic mental health and dementia. The successful candidate for this role should be enthusiastic, reliable and a caring individual. They must be passionate, hard working and have a passion for working with older adults within a private care setting. You must act in a professional manner towards residents and their visitors, along with respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident. As an experienced Activities Coordinator you will ensure daily activities are in place for residents, creating an activity plan which is varied, exciting and dynamic. You’ll actively encourage residents to get more out of their life emotionally, physically and intellectually. Most of all you will have a can-do attitude for daily activities and take real pride in your work.
