Registered Domiciliary Service Manager A Registered Domiciliary Service Manager is required to develop and manage an established domiciliary care company based in Bristol. The Registered Domiciliary Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of team members and the development of the systems that support them. You will be part of a very forward-thinking company who operate in a very different way to traditional home care companies and they are looking for an inspired individual to think outside the box, and help transform this Introduction agency into a fully operating Home Care Agency The role of Registered Domiciliary Service Manager will include: - Supervision and coordination of staff at within the home service - Maintaining high levels of clinical competence on your unit - Mentoring any junior staff - Respond to incidents in a professional and appropriate manor - Assess clients care needs, and provide direct nursing care when required - Maintain accurate, individualised care plans for each client - Establish and maintain good communication with clients, relatives and colleagues - Occasional On-call Duty You will be an experienced manager with extensive management involvement and high-level comprehension of CQC, with a minimum of an NVQ level 4 Registered Managers Award.
