RGN RMN RNLD Nurse Nurse Seekers are proud to be working for a privately owned high quality nursing home based in Whitehaven, Cumbria, a stunning location, just a few miles from the coast with exceptional views of St Bee’s Rolling Hills. Due to their focus on delivering the highest standard of care they are now seeking a RGN RMN RNLD Nurse to further enhance the care provided. You will be an RGN RMN RNLD qualified nurse and be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company’s and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident’s care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan. The role includes delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct Nursing care whilst effectively leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team. With a kind, caring and calm approach, the successful RGN RMN RNLD candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with Residents, relatives and colleagues.
