RMN RNLD RGN Qualified Nurse Nurse Seekers are extremely proud to to once again be recruiting an RMN RNLD RGN on behalf of one of the leading Mental Health care providers in the UK. They provide professional and compassionate care to help support their residents to pursue their interests whilst also promoting independence. They provide a variety of specialist mental health therapies for various patients facing a variety of complex mental health disorders and behavioural challenges. With this in mind my client is now looking to expand their team with a fantastic RMN RNLD RGN. The right candidate should be caring, kind and be dedicated to providing the highest standard of nursing care. The right RGN RMN RNLD should possess excellent communication and clinical skills, as well as being highly motivated in their work. You must show leadership qualities as and when required to ensure the smooth day to day running of the care home. Directly reporting to the unit manager you will be accountable for providing the highest standard of care and nursing expected of an experienced RGN, RMN RNLD across all aspects of the role. Flexibility in your approach is a must as you will be required to work alternate weekends and a variety of shift patterns including, days, evenings and nights where appropriate. In return for your hard work and flexibility my client is offering an excellent rate of pay with an annual review and pay increase for all members of staff.
