You as a RGN Senior Nurse will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and mentorship to the Registered Nurses in accordance with company’s and NMC guidelines. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a high quality service that exceeds regulatory compliance standards. With a kind, caring and calm approach, the successful RGN Senior Nurse will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with Residents, relatives and colleagues.
