Our Client is a small Nursing Home provider based in Lancashire and are now seeking an RMN or RGN Qualified Nurse to join the growing team at there great home in Oldham, Lancashire. Lead by the Home Manager, the RGN RMN RNLD Nurse will create and implement care plans that are in keeping with the wishes of the individual. The home’s focus is to promote resident wellbeing and support their independence as much as possible while giving the very best clinical care. For this position you will need to be either a RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified nurse. Experience in a care home environment is desirable but not essential as full support is given. The candidate will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company’s and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident’s care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan.
