RGN RMN Qualified Nurse Nurse Seekers are excited to currently be recruiting for a fantastic RGN RMN Qualified Nurse for a fantastic registered not for profit charity based in the lovely picturesque town of Shaftesbury. Having been established for 30 years they provide general nursing care to their residents of the highest quality. As a not for profit organisation that are able to put full focus on wholly providing care for their residents, enabling them to enjoy a full life. With this being said they are now looking to expand their team with a brilliant RGN RMN Qualified Nurse. The home is perfectly located on the outskirts of the town in beautiful grounds and within walking distance of the local shops and amenities. The home itself can cater for 31 residents who are encouraged to personalise their environment and make the most of the homely comforts available. Quality of care is something that is strived for throughout the company, their residents are treated with care and compassion whilst also being made to feel at home in a safe and friendly environment. As an RGN RMN Qualified Nurse you should be committed to providing the highest quality care, take pride in providing care and support needed to meet the individual needs of each resident. Specific duties and responsibilities for the RGN RMN Qualified Nurse role are, but not limited to; • Administer prescribed medication on a daily basis in line with current NMC guidelines and company policy. • Complete and update care plans on a regular basis to ensure the care delivered is accurate with the residents wishes. • Assist with the assessment/evaluation, admission, care programme and discharge processes of all residents.
