Our Client based in Tywyn, Wales are looking for an excellent RGN Qualified Nurse to join their excellent Nursing Home. The home’s nurses are chosen for their commitment to person centred nursing care. To maintain this high standard, they are currently seeking additional RGN qualified nurses to join their team. The successful RGN will possess excellent communication and clinical skills and will work well within a team. You will take leadership when required to ensure smooth day to day running of the home. Reporting to the home manager, you will be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing. Experience and qualifications required for this role: • Be registered with the NMC • Be able to work within a team • Passion for working with the elderly • Great communication skills • Deliver high standards of patient care This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RGN qualified nurse to join a multidisciplinary team within this well-established nursing success story.
