Our Client is seeking a RGN Qualified Nurse to join the growing team at there great home in Neath, South Wales. Lead by the Home Manager, you will create and implement care plans that are in keeping with the wishes of the individual. The home’s focus is to promote resident wellbeing and support their independence as much as possible while giving the very best clinical care. For this position you will need to be a RGN qualified nurse and experience in a care home environment is desirable but not essential as full support is given. You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company’s and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident’s care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan.
