Nurse Seekers are tremendously honoured to be recruiting an RGN Qualified Nurse on behalf of one of the leading nursing and residential care providers in the Somerset region. They are a Family ran company and really have a passion for personalised delivered care, currently we’re are recruiting for their beautifully spacious nursing care facility based near the historic town of Glastonbury. The home is perfectly located within easy access of the local shops and amenities. The home itself is has 40 beds and is registered to care for elderly people with nursing and dementia care needs as well as Non Medical intervention residents . High quality of care is something that is strived for throughout the company and residents are treated with care and benevolence whilst also being made to feel at home in a safe and friendly environment. As an RGN Qualified Nurse you should be committed to providing the highest quality care possible, take pride in providing the care and support needed to meet the individual needs of each resident. Specific duties and responsibilities for the RGN Qualified Nurse role are, but not limited to; • Administer prescribed medication on a daily basis in line with current NMC guidelines and company policy. • Complete and update care plans on a regular basis to ensure the care delivered is accurate with the residents wishes. • Assist with the assessment/evaluation, admission, care programme and discharge processes of all residents.
