Nurse Seekers are pleased to be working with one of the best forward-thinking care providers in the country, and supporting them with one of their purpose built flagship luxury care villages who are seeking an RGN Qualified Nurse to work full time or Part time to join their new team at located in the picturesque town of Marlow. The successful RGN Qualified Nurse will possess excellent communication and clinical skills and will work well within a team. You will take leadership when required to ensure smooth day to day running of the Centre. Reporting to the home manager, you will be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing, they use a wide range of top end technology to ensure the residents needs are continually meet and they are safe. For this position, you will need to be RGN qualified nurse and experience in a care home environment is desirable but not essential as full support is given. You as a RGN qualified Nurse will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company’s and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident’s care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan.
