Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting a Residential Home Manager for a privately owned residential home in Headingley, Yorkshire. The home is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic manager with experience of dealing with residents suffering from dementia. The home can support up to 30 service users and the successful candidate should have previously managed such a facility. The candidate’s role will include supervision and management of all staff in the home to ensure that high standards are always met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the care of all the homes residents, and will act as the first point of contact for all clients, staff, relatives and their families. Excellent communication skills will be required to establish and maintain good working relationships with all involved with the home, a relevant management qualification is also preferred.
