Peripatetic Nurse RGN or RMN We are proud to be working with a wonderful care provider who are looking to develop their care company, based in Essex, Colchester, with the further addition of an RGN or RMN Nurse to work between their well led homes across Region of Colchester. For the position, you will be required to provide a high level of nursing skills that represent the company’s current high quality vision. You should have a solid understanding of CQC requirements, a good clinical background in dementia care, and a current up to date NMC pin. Additional to this, as the role is working between different nursing homes, you must drive and be flexible to work days and nights. You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company’s and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident’s care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan. Vitally important will be the total commitment to the highest standard of Care, allied to a pleasant, helpful personality.
