Nurse Seekers are excited to be recruiting a fantastic Hospital Manager RMN RNLD RGN on behalf of a leading nursing care provider based in Northampton. The position is based within a lockable rehabilitation service that provides care for people with a history of severe mental illness and challenging behaviour/forensic background. They offer a specialist service and offer focused rehabilitation aimed at meeting the needs of some of the more challenging users of mental health services. As the Hospital Manager RMN RNLD RGN you will be accountable for all aspects of the day to day management of the facility. This will include but is not limited to, service delivery, quality improvement and meeting national and locally set standards and targets. The successful Hospital Manager RMN RNLD RGN will have a valid NMC PIN number and should show leadership skills in managing the site. A minimum of 4 years post registration experience as well as experience within a managerial position in an inpatient setting is preferred.
