Nurse Seekers are excited to be recruiting a fantastic Home Manager RMN RNLD RGN on behalf of a leading nursing care provider based in Northampton. The position is based within a specialist home that provides care for older people experiencing mental issues combined with physical ill health. As the Home Manager RMN RNLD RGN you will be accountable for all aspects of the day to day management of the facility. This will include but is not limited to, service delivery, quality improvement and meeting national and locally set standards and targets. The successful Home Manager RMN RNLD RGN will have a valid NMC PIN number and should show leadership skills in managing the site. A minimum of 4 years post registration experience as well as experience within a managerial position.
