Nurse Seekers have an excellent new position available for a Clinical Lead Nurse RGN looking to work days in the Northampton area. Our client is looking for a committed, enthusiastic, experienced nurse to join their dedicated nursing team. The right Clinical Lead Nurse RGN would be someone who is experienced in working within a fast paced environment and have fantastic leaderships skills with a vision to further develop the team that they're working within. To succeed in this role, you will be a Clinical Lead Nurse RGN and hold an active NMC PIN. You will be responsible for ensuring both the residents individual, emotional and physical needs are met at all times. You will need to possess excellent teamwork skills and be of a supportive nature.
