Nurse Seekers are excited to once again be recruiting on behalf of a state of the art private nursing care provider located in Northampton who are looking for an experienced Clinical Assistant to provide day to day support for the facility. Our client provides a professional and personalised approach, which aims to give the dedicated and intensive care required, whilst at the same time promoting their physical well being and happiness. Our client covers a range of areas within Mental Health and General Nursing, ranging from brain injury, chronic mental health and dementia. The position is based within a Private Mental Health facility and as an experienced Clinical Assistant you will provide support to the team with the documentation and record keeping of the residents. You will collate and report information from several different places throughout the facility. Along with this you will write discharge reports using information from previous reports, case notes, ward round summaries and medications.
