Our Client has a beautiful nursing home, nestled away in the village of Rocester, near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. This peaceful, warm and friendly home was originally beautiful grade ii listed manor house, and it has been tastefully converted and retains many original features. They offer an exceptional high standard of care, coupled with state of the art equipment, which makes this home a great working environment for qualified nurses. Due to their focus on delivering the highest standard of care they are now seeking an RGN or RMN qualified nurses of the highest standard to further enhance their nursing care. For this position you will need to be an excellent qualified nurse and experience in a care home environment is desirable but not essential as full support is given. You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company’s and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident’s care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan. The role includes delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct Nursing care whilst effectively leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team. With a kind, caring and calm approach, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with Residents, relatives and colleagues.
