Clinician Liaison Manager Nurse Seekers are proud to be working alongside a market leading Dermatology company and assisting in their search for a Clinician Liaison Manager The Role: The Clinician Liaison Manager plays a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and supporting Consultants and Doctors to meet business demands and budget expectations. Additionally, the role involves supporting HR in Doctor onboarding and processing practicing privileges applications. Responsibilities: Attracting New Doctors: • Maintain a comprehensive database of relevant doctors. • Conduct networking activities to attract new doctors. • Develop marketing material highlighting the benefits of the company’s clinics. • Identify and coordinate activities for CESR candidates. • Manage commercial and contractual negotiations. • Ensure alignment of fees with clinic structures and budget expectations. • Support doctors in PMI applications. • Coordinate documentation required for practicing privileges. • Assist in Conferences & Events participation. Retaining and Growing Existing Doctors: • Organise networking and CPD events for clinicians. • Maintain regular contact with Practice Managers and Consultants to ensure satisfaction. • Gather insights into reasons for doctors practicing elsewhere and develop retention strategies. • Collaborate with Practice Managers to optimise doctor schedules. • Manage fee discussions and agreements within budget constraints. Organisational: • Attend Clinic Clinical team meetings and assist Practice Managers with clinician-related actions. • Represent the clinics in external meetings as necessary. • Address unexpected situations, including staffing and equipment issues. • Identify service delivery issues and take necessary actions for resolution. • Establish feedback systems to monitor and adjust planned delivery to support doctor revalidation.
